Resource View

Tab "resources" lists all existing resources and shows in the calendar all people that are using the resources. The term "resource" can often be translated as event, task etc:

- People that have booked a conference room
- People booked on the same flight
- Ladies' appointments to the beautician.

We have recently developed the latest element that was missing in our solutions: a web based calendar. We can now display almost anything in a calendar. An example is a client diary: it lists all our contacts with the client and shows us when the client called, when we called them , when invoices ware issued etc. The calendar has made its way in almost all of our products.

What a better use of the calendar but for on-line scheduler, diary, planner etc. There are so many names for the same thing: being able to enter data in the calendar and to display the way you want.

The Time Keeper makes use of the calendar. It shows the on-line calendar in action.

User View

Tab "users" gives you user's perspectives of the data. It lists all users and shows in the calendar resources that the people have booked:

- Person's diary that lists all person's events
- Tasks that a person or group have to do
- All bookings that have been done for the user
