Timemark Platform

The Timemark Platform is a platform for development of vertical solutions-applications.

All solutions have a familiar look and feel; professionally designed to blend with other Office products. Easy to use; has its own defined menu structure, navigation and tabs

It is made of separate modules. One module provides all tools and features for processing of data in its own area. Examples of modules: Clients, Tasks etc

It has its own security integrated in every aspect of the system. It defines what user can view, access and do

Database component – takes care of saving and retrieving data to and from the database.

Standardised user interface: Forms, Lists and Search – they work in the same way across the product

Keeps in all records date, time and user when the record was created, last time modified and by whom

Document Management – handles documents and other files and links them to other records: Clients, tasks etc. Files are stored in File System. It automatically maintains folder structure where files are stored.

Document Production generates documentation: invoices, quotes etc. Creates the im PDF format. Saves them as attachments and links them other records.

Reporting module – defines how reports are managed and run within the application

It is web based and, providing security allows it, can be accessed from anywhere. It requires only browser to use the solution

Has several basic modules ready-made: Clients, Tasks, Notes, Attachments,

Software environment: it uses the latest Microsoft products: SQL Server, ASP.Net, C#, XML, Web Services, Reporting Services etc

The platform makes it easy for us to assemble the first 70% of any solution. The rest has still to be developed, like all forms, reports etc.

The Platform has been used as a base for several solutions. We call each solution a ‘Studio”. We have developed or given offers for several Studios so far: “Broker Studio”, “Member Studio”, “Web Studio” etc.
