Our Application Platform - starting point to build
YOUR NEW SOLUTION
We have made several industry specific solutions so far based on our Application Platform. There is a good chance we can make one customised for you.
We don’t start from scratch. There is a base that we build on. It is like a big CRM system with everything in it. We call it our “Platform”. This is our starting point. The final result is your system.
We call our solutions “Studios”. We already have: Member Studio, Broker Studio, CRM Studio. If you don’t see your system among them, yours is a new Studio in waiting.
Solutions developed on our platform have familiar look and feel professionally designed to blend with Office products. They are intuitive and easy to use. Standardised user interface: Forms, Lists and Search make them work in the same way across all solutions.
Each solution is made of ready made parts, developed so that they can be reused in our other products. We call them Modules. There are modules to manage: clients, contacts, tasks, etc.
Each solution also has some unique modules to process its own industry specific areas.
The elements that make the solution are:
- Client Management manages all your clients.
- Contact Management stores details about every contact with the member.
- Task Management allows tasks to be assigned to employees.
- Document Management stores electronic documents and links them to clients and
other entities in the database.
- Marketing allows creation of mailing lists, exporting data, using Mail Merge
etc;
- Reporting allows creation of professionally looking reports.
- Batch Processing allows batch programs to be scheduled over-night to do various
maintenance jobs.
- Workflow enforces steps the processing has to follow.
- Security protects the user access and actions
The platform has been developed using the latest Microsoft technology. It runs on a Windows platform. The solutions are web based and work in browser
The platform makes it easy for us to assemble the first 60% of any solution. The
rest has still to be developed, like industry specific modules, forms
configured, reports made etc. Development of an industry specific solution from scratch is a long process and generally takes years. Starting with our platform reduces the development time to months.
