Your on-line encyclopaedia

Use our Fact Finder to expose and manage your on-line contents on Web. You can have on the Web: your knowledge base, help desk documents, project documentation, work procedures etc.

FactFinder is a modern web based system and all you need to access and maintain is a browser.

In the example below the FactFinder has been used as help system for the product Member Studio:

The contents can consist of text, images and video.

Viewing Contents

Once entered, you can view the contents in various ways:

• Searching by keywords
• Using Quick Search to find just article titles
• Navigating via site contents
• Navigating via article table of contents
• Using word cloud

The FactFinder is a web site. It can be accessed either internally within the company or from anywhere via the Internet.

Editing Contents

As contents is accessible via web, administration and editing of the contents must also be via web. There is another part of the product that provides tools for editing the contents.

• Login to this area is controlled using captcha
• When you log in you can list and view articles
• You can edit articles using a powerful text editor.

Some of editors enchanted features are:

• It has three levels of headers. You can navigate to any of them
• You can make keyword a hyperlink to point to an article where the keyword has been defined and explained
• You can display an article in preview mode
• The product uses MS Word’s spelling checker
• You can add an image or video clip

A new version of the FactFinder that is in development, will offer contents hosting services to clients

We used the latest Microsoft technology in developing the product.
