The system is built as a number of interrelated modules with each module providing the tools for managing its own specific area. When put together, the resulting system is powerful, sleek, able to be highly customised and adjustable to each client’s needs.

The system covers several key areas required to manage the client base:

1. Client Management stores all details about your clients. It allows you to profile the clients and collect details that you can later use in marketing. You can enter multiple person and address records per client.

2. Contact Management helps record all contacts with clients. Each contact is recorded as a new Note linked to the client. E-mails and faxes can be sent directly from the Contact Management.

3. Policy Management manages clients’ policies. It processes full cycle: new business, endorsements, renewal. It allows use of class specific forms and documentation.

4. Claims Management manages processing of claims

5. Client Access allows users to access and submit their data over web using class specific forms. It gives them access to their documentation

6. Document Management creates and manages documentation and links them to the clients, policies etc. The documents are internally stored in a file system.

7. Marketing enables creating mailing lists with clients. Using the lists you can send e-mails and letters to clients. It supports mail merge.

8. Role–based Security is the internal security mechanism that controls overall user’s access. It defines what menu items the user will see and what the user can do with the data: view, update, delete, add etc.

Broker Studio is based on our Timemark Platform. The platform works in Windows environment. It gives us a huge head start in developing new industry solutions as it starts from the existing system that has all key services and features already working.
