The following is an overview of how we see ourselves, and our role within the IT industry:

Work from home
We are enjoying benefits of a new concept – working from home. Our project managers and developers work from home, communicating via email and telephone, and our methods of contact with customers are the same. This provides several advantages over traditional work methods:

• No need for travel to and from work means more time in the office. Essentially we can do more in a day.
• We work in a friendly, relaxed and productive home atmosphere.

Cost efficiency! We don't have to pay for expensive office space.

We are online  
Most of the applications we develop are web based, and easily accessible with a browser. We host several of these on our system, and accessing them online means that you can:

• Monitor the development status of your application and test the latest changes.
• Test pre-existing applications and get a feel for how they look and work.
• Trial an application for use in your business. When you are convinced that it meets your needs, we can easily install it onto your system.

Some applications will require you to log on to our system. Please contact us if required and we can provide log-in details.

Industry standards only  
We recognize and embrace industry standards, always using the latest technology available at any given point in time. Currently, we have adopted Microsoft’s Dot Net technology, and the web.   

Overseas developers
Our ‘work from home’ method allows us to make use of the skills of overseas software developers in addition to local employees. This offers us a large pool of highly educated and experienced people who are eager to work with us, and who take their jobs very seriously. For competitive rates, the work is completed both quickly and professionally.

Project managers we know   
As with any other industry, IT is dependent upon knowledgeable people when it comes to running a project. We only employ people with significant experience and expertise in software projects, and generally colleagues with whom we have worked before. All of our project managers are located in Sydney and are Australian citizens.
